Adam's Extensive Real Estate Experience includes Residential Sales, Renovations & Real Estate Development.

He has been empowering his clients to make well-informed, strategic decisions since 2004.

Adam has helped countless clients buy and sell property throughout the Bay Area, including in San Francisco, Marin County, Alameda County, San Mateo County, Santa Clara County, and Napa County.

He has overseen the condo conversion and major renovation of a two-unit building, and has worked on several affordable housing residential development projects with budgets exceeding $20 million, helping low-income families secure safe, affordable housing.

He is currently working on a project that entails adding a condo unit to an existing building as well as a major horizontal expansion and renovation, increasing the total square footage by approximately 2200 square feet.

Adam is passionate about real estate, which is what led him to found The KASA Real Estate Group.

Adam’s singular focus is to provide the highest level of service and guidance to empower his clients during their transformative and consequential life event: purchasing or selling one’s home.

Adam moved to San Francisco with his family in 1978. He graduated from Oberlin College with a double degree in Spanish Literature and Latin American Studies, and received his JD from the University of San Francisco. In his former life, Adam practiced immigration, and later, real estate law. Then in 2004, he obtained his real estate broker's license and didn’t look back. Although he no longer practices law, his clients benefit from his legal background, knowledge and experience.

Adam is fluent in Spanish, lived in Costa Rica and has traveled extensively throughout Mexico, Central, and South America, Europe, Israel, and India. Adam is a homeowner in San Francisco’s Noe Valley neighborhood and he enjoys spending time with his family, strength training, and running hills in Glen Park, in his free time.
