New Rent Control Bill for California Gathers Momentum

A state-wide rent control bill is working it’s way through the California Legislature: AB 1482 which proposes to set annual limits on rental increases throughout the state in addition to providing other tenant protections. I’m including 3 articles that address this bill from different perspectives.
