San Francisco’s Most and Least Expensive Neighborhoods in 2018

For a city that boasts a median home sale price of $1.34 million, it was interesting to look at the top 50 most expensive neighborhoods of the Golden Gate City and compare the numbers. It’s worth pointing out that neighborhoods in the top 50 all post a median home sale price above $1 million, similar to the 50 most expensive neighborhoods in the Los Angeles area. New York City only has 25 neighborhoods with a median above that figure.
