This article highlights 10 of the best public elementary schools in San Francisco citing a recent report by the ranking and review company, Niche. I think they missed a couple contenders such as Alvarado and Rooftop but that said, from my experience, and knowing parents at some of these schools, I believe this list is a good starting point. Niche’s methodology factored in academic achievement, teacher availability, school resources, student quality of life and student body diversity. San Francisco’s schools consistently ranked high in terms of the economic and ethnic diversity of the study body.
